About me
Hi, I'm Katherine Long - the founder and Principal Consultant at Evolution OD.
I've been working in the area of people and organisation development since the mid 1990's, starting in international communications and cross-cultural awareness, international team building, then coaching, coach education and organisation development.
I spent a number of years with coach-training provider OCM, and helped to evolve organisational coach supervision which encouraged a joined up approach between coaches, OD and organisational strategy. I led the Masters in Coaching at the University of Warwick for a number of years, before deciding I wanted to go back to mainly being a practitioner!
About me
I've always known that regenerative, living systems, nature-based ways of thinking are needed in today's world, and it's been exciting to see the emergence of this paradigm in the last few years - not only in leadership and organisational development, but in design and construction, agriculture, finance, AI, education, and of course many other organisations with a sustainable and regenerative mission.
Alongside my leadership and organisation development work, I host an online learning and reflective practice community called Regenerative Confluence, and write a regular Regenerative Coaching and Organisation Development newsletter. I'm a Fellow and Associate of Bio-Leadership and a core member of OD for Life. I also offer a number of healing-centred interventions via Evolution Healing.
